Believe every negative comment u read because it's all true. I had this attorney working on my custody case for four years and I'm still in the same situation I'm in when I met him. He will tell u he filed and didn't do it. My case end up getting drop from the courts because he would not file anything. He took my money and did nothing. He will run your pockets dry. He got disbarred in Florida moved to SC and is under another attorney, I don't believe he can practice in Florida. I'm taking him to court soon. Beware, if anyone... read more

DO NOT USE THIS CON ARTIS......So to anyone reading this. I hope that you have enough patience and faith that you can find another Garden ad litem that would do their job for both parents and the child. The child is the most important aspect, but when you deal with Eric Durand you're dealing with a snake and a manipulator. I felt sorry for Eric Durand during his time working for my son and my son's mother because his wife had cancer and passed away..
