He’s an ER doc in a major medical institution, but he’s the only one “one of network” for his ER group. Furthermore he breaks down billing and diagnostic coding to take advantage of medical insurance. Our insurance said he structured his diagnoses and billing codes so that they were not all covered, knowing we were out of network. Corrupt at best.
Dr. Boyer diagnosed me immediately with VAC and possibly saved me from further brain damage
