Eric is a crook. He sold my mother's jewelry to someone and never paid her for any of it. Her jewelry is still on his website but is not available. DO NOT buy anything from him - would give no stars if that was an option.

I was shocked by the terrible customer service here. The first time I got jewelry repaired here, I was very happy with the result however the second time I brought a ring to be repaired, I was treated horribly by the owner. He seemed to be stressed and the store was busy but that is no reason for yelling at a customer. I will never go back.

He is one of the best jewller in town! His collection is good and always updates. I asked him to find a good emerald for me and he did at a good price. He is fair and his store is a hidden gem in a historical building too. He referred me to his partner jewellery modification store too. He knows a lot too.
