Patient care quality is at an all time low. I have been coming to this hospital for 20 plus years with my son. It was once a great care facility. Now it is not. Definitely recommend a second opinion or different choice if your not in an emergency situation. The people who dictate after care of procedures and surgeries are so far removed from the actual patient. That being said the surgeons are great and the nurses are caring.
