Eric was awesome, answered all of our questions, very responsive and provided us information we weren't even thinking about. He knows his trade well, is very professional and was awesome to deal with. He helped us through a fast hassle free sale of our house.
I have worked with Eric for years. He patiently spent 3 years with me looking for my first home in Westerville, then negotiated the price I wanted. Eric helped us get our first home, sell it and even assisted in purchasing a new home in a different state. I have not worked with many REPs but can write that Eric is so good at his job that I would not need to work with anyone else. In our experiences he showed that he knew the area very well, was very patient during home searching and understood the market to sell our house at a good price.
Everything from looking at homes to the final purchase was excellent!! Eric was always available to show properties, answer questions and get any information we needed. He also provided us with excellent mortgage companies to obtain our "pre-approval" letter. I would highly recommend Eric as a realtor. He is professional and eager to help in any way.

Being a first time home buyer in what they call a buyers market can be somewhat scary. Not knowing what all that entailed I need someone to show me the ropes and hold my hand threw the process. Available for every and any question no matter how big or small with a quick response.
