I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
