I had a CT on my sinuses on July 30, 2025. Today is September 12, 2025 & as of this date No One from their office has called me to give me the results. There is absolutely No reason something like this should take this long. I have called the office & even stopped by & still I have Not received a call from Dr. Plotnicks office. I WOULD NEVER REFER DR. PLOTNICK TO ANYONE IN NEED OF AN ENT! THEIR OFFICE IS TERRIBLE!
Dr. Plotnick is a phenomenal doctor, he is very thorough and loves to teach you. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the time it takes to be seen. I arrived 10 min early for a 9:30 appointment and here at 10:48, I’ve still not been seen…choose your battles is all I can say! Personally, I prefer a GREAT doctor.
Dr Poltnick is awesome! I have severe medical anxiety, and needed a procedure done during my appointment. He talked me through every step and asked Nurse Hannah if she could hold my hand. I highly recommend them if you need an ENT even if you spend time waiting. They are busy because they are good!
Good staff and Great Dr but honestly they take so long just seeing you they will weigh u and get your height but once they put u in that room for the doctor to see u it takes almost a hour and half
