dr. plotnick is a great doctor. he is very thorough and will rule out other things before just guessing what could be the problem like other doctors do. yes you may wait a while to be seen but trust me it's worth the wait. he does just pop in ur room and ask questions then leave. he spends time with you , listens to you then proceeds. something that a lot of doctors don't do anymore. he doesn't treat you like a number or a medical case he treats you like a human.
I would like to recognize Dr. Eric Plotnick, MD, and his office staff for the outstanding care and support they gave me during my office visit. Dr. Plotnick was incredibly professional, patient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I had a CT on my sinuses on July 30, 2025. Today is September 12, 2025 & as of this date No One from their office has called me to give me the results. There is absolutely No reason something like this should take this long. I have called the office & even stopped by & still I have Not received a call from Dr. Plotnicks office. I WOULD NEVER REFER DR. PLOTNICK TO ANYONE IN NEED OF AN ENT! THEIR OFFICE IS TERRIBLE!
Dr. Plotnick is a phenomenal doctor, he is very thorough and loves to teach you. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the time it takes to be seen. I arrived 10 min early for a 9:30 appointment and here at 10:48, I’ve still not been seen…choose your battles is all I can say! Personally, I prefer a GREAT doctor.
