I recently saw Dr. Pauley for a follow up appointment and was again thoroughly impressed with him and his staff. My appointment was scheduled promptly, I was seen on time in the office, the staff were professional, thorough, and pleasant, and Dr. Pauley was engaged and attentive to my many questions and concerns. I will continue to see Dr. Pauley as I feel 'heard' and well cared for by him and his staff.

Dr Pauley is very thorough and takes the time to explain his observations and recommendations both in great detail and in simple terms. While I know he is very busy, he never comes across as rushed or in a hurry to get to his next patient. He will spend whatever time you need to answer your questions and follows up very quickly with test results.
Dr. Pauley was very kind & compassionate with me. Something I don't seem to get these days from doctors. Since I'm 88 years old, most just seem to think I'm not worth fooling with. That may not be true, but it usually feels that way. He will be my heart doctor from now on.
Enjoyed the visit, He explained to me with what was going on with my heart.
