My first visit with Dr. Eric Pauley was an excellent experience. My daughter accompanied me to the doctor's appointment at the Virginia Heart of Lansdowne VA. Dr. Pauley was very caring, thorough and compassionate to me. He was a great listener and took his time to answer all our questions and explain the details of any conditions that I came for. Dr. Pauley just saved my life a few nights ago (2/28/26) at Inova Fairfax and my family and I am beyond grateful - everything was moving quickly at the time, I was brought to the ER with chest pain and didn't understand my condition. I had never experienced a myocardial infarction. He performed a CPI and stented my blocked right coronary artery and detected my LAD was also severely blocked.
