Dr. Suan established the Research Department of The Retina Care Center in 2006. He has been the Principal Investigator for over 20 Phase 2, 3, and 4 clinical trials. Many of these pivotal studies have led to the FDA approval of medications used to treat wet AMD, Diabetic Retinopathy and Retinal Vein Occlusions.
