So this review is a long time coming! Back in 1984 when I was 18 yrs old I was hit by a car while walking down Patchogue Holbrook road in Ronkonkoma and was luckily taken to Stonybrook hospital where Dr Dubrow did reconstructive surgery on both of my knees! Just this past weekend I completed 2 mountain hikes one with 650 steps down and a mountain bike ride in North Georgia and made it with no knee pain or discomfort during and since the trip!
