I made an emergency apt. because I was in extreme pain. My exam revealed the need of a specialist. Given the amount of pain I was in, I assumed the staff would make the arrangements, ensurIng I was seen that day. But, instead I was given contact info for the specialist and sent on my way. When I called the specialist, I was asked several medical questions about the findings of my tooth that I could not answer, nor could I get a same day apt. I was left suffering another night.
Very happy with my first experience , from front office, hygenist and dentist!
