I had spinal fusion surgery in 2012 and could not have asked for a better surgeon / outcome from my surgery. It saddens me that he received a one star review from an individual that smokes. I would highly recommend Dr. Horn to anyone needing neurosurgery.
I have a bone spur in my neck on the left side pushing on a nerve leading to my left arm and shoulder. It’s very painful and parts of my arm and hand are numb. The strength test in physical therapy showed the strength in my left arm only half of that in my right arm. I went to see Dr. Horn. The only way to fix this is surgery. Dr Horn will not do surgery only because I smoke. Yes that’s right. Dr. Horn views this as an elective surgery and he will not perform elective surgery on smokers. Period.
