Highly impressed with the level of customer service. Eric Ledoux is awesome, and their team is so kind & helpful. My former insurance company did not want to save me $ anywhere except the Drive Safe & Save, which I’m uncomfortable using. State Farm (this specific location) took time, reviewed everything and saved me quite a bit. I have home, 3 autos and a RZR covered with them.
I had been with my previous home and auto insurance provider for over 15 years and always thought switching insurance carriers would be a huge pain. It really wasn't difficult at all! I sent a few emails back and forth along with my current coverages and Ashley B. sent me an updated quote. Once everything was ready to go it literally took 3 minutes on the phone to setup payment and within less than 30 minutes Ashley had my new policies emailed over!
The employees here have always been very helpful, especially Robin and Kim! My parents have been using this agency for years, but when I got on my own insurance plan, I still decided to stay with this agency even though I’ve moved to North OKC where there’s other State Farm agencies available. I truly appreciate all the help!!
