I saw Dr. Lancaster for 1 and years during 2023 -2024. He did at least 1 EMG and NCS and had 3 previous studies by other doctors. He was adamant that I did not have Large Fiber Neuropathy and only Small Fiber Neuropathy and said at Penn they did not treat SFN. He also does not believe that Lyme Disease could possibly be a cause of any of this even though at that time I had Lyme 3 times and Lab tests to prove it. Extremely difficult to communicate with, provides no rationale for conclusions, staff responsible for relaying messages/providing further information was quick tempered, extreme failure to display compassion regarding a potentially serious condition. Not on par with the level of service or tradition expected from Penn Medicine.
