This is very hard to have to write this, and give this low of a rating but I didn’t think it should go without saying something after this last incident. I have been going to see Dr. Eric Knight for over 15 years. I really miss the way the office was before they brought MyEyeDr on board. I’ve had concerns with them (MyEyeDr) from the beginning. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. ERIK KNIGHT IS THE WORST OPTOMETRIST EVER! I AM NOT POSTING UNDER MY REAL NAME, BUT THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE AND OPTOMETRIST YOU CAN IMAGINE. THEY ARE RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY AND WILL MAKE LIFE MISREABLE FOR YOU. A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! PLEASE AVOID!
This is the only location I like to come to in the area. They don't try to sneak in extras for one. Tonight, Andi was able to perform a miracle, and fix my sons arm on his glasses.... again. Awesome customer service here!
Front desk and office staff have the worse attitudes . Place went down hill since MYeye doctor took over. Dr Knight lost a patient due to this company.
