They performed the smog check immediately, even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. When I returned a half-hour later, and the car was done and waiting for me. They made the experience enjoyable, convenient, and easy.

For over 3 years, I've been going to Eric Krebs Automotive. And although the drive is 13 miles out of my way, it doesn't bother me in the least, because Eric and his crew have earned my trust.
