Dr. Kawata is an outstanding optometrist. He explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully answered questions and offered helpful advice. I was between prescriptions and he recommended I kept my current lenses rather than trying to upsell a new pair of glasses. The only minor issue I had is that devices that handle medical data should probably not run Windows XP since it hasn't received security updates for 10+ years.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kawata since I was in the 3rd grade, and all these years later, I can honestly say he’s one of the kindest, most supportive, and genuinely caring doctors I’ve ever met.
