Doctor [actually only a Physician's Assistant] was not that warm and fuzzy. He took a biopsy that was WAY too big for the area in question, and left a scar. His office then sent the biopsy to an out-of-network provider. I had to ask the insurance company repeatedly to pay SOMETHING, and now I have to pay over $100 to the lab because the insurance only paid a small part. Beautiful office , beautiful view. Everone was polite, knowledgable and courteous. Dr . Eric's explainations and information...clear and concise. He actually put my daiughter (whose appointment it was) at ease. He is definitely going to be my family's dermatologist!!!
