Dr. Yanish was great! He listened, and verified he understood what I had been experiencing. He was clearly concerned and ordered procedures to be done to determine what issues needed to be resolved. With his many years of experience, my trust in him is high.
Please don't waste your time - pursue care from another provider. Dr. Shah was repeatedly dismissive of medical concerns and unable to admit when he doesn't know how to explain symptoms. Instead, he will, VERY confidently, give you a wrong explanation. A second opinion confirmed how awful Dr. Shah's assessment was. This wouldn't be quite so frustrating if he had a little bit of humility and just a tiny bit of bedside manner. He is unfortunately extremely condescending and will not listen to your questions. Dr Shah did not take the time to respond to my concerns and even though I've had diarrhea since 02-01-2024 he told me he wanted to see me in a month. Make it make sense? Since then I’ve been to ER and my PCP, who referred me back to my Gastro I spoke to his office and explained how ridiculous it was for me to have to wait another month with the diarrhea. Dr Clark came in and took a seat and listened closely as I shared my concerns and asked questions. He took time to make me feel like a person and not simply a number or an insurance payment. I appreciated his approach which is conservative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Everyone that worked in the office was very nice and professional.
First visit. Excellent experience from time you walk into the office suite and meet the staff to checking out. Dr. Altug was very attentive, listened, and asked questions to get a good feel for next steps. Very pleasant and professional demeanor. Highly recommend for GI issues.
All the staff was very efficient from the beginning of the visit to the end. Dr Ojeas patiently listened to my concerns and made medication changes and scheduled a procedure. All my concerns were addressed.
Dr Lyle’s was very personable, a good listener and helpful! I feel like i’m in good hands with him doing my colonoscopy !Everyone in the office was friendly!
Procedures such as colonoscopy are very organized. No issues ever. Very informative after completion.
