My issue is with the OFFICE, not the doctor. I have diverticular disease & I am in the middle of a severe flare up. I called office yesterday (5/24/21) at 8am to get an appt. Despite being very ill, the lady on the phone said I couldn't get in until JULY. I asked why they don't have appt. available for existing patients that are sick, she responded and I quote "we are specialists, not general practitioners". RUDE. Dr. Hill was very professional, and very personable. He asked a lot of questions and took care of my problems quickly. Dr. Hill in my opinion is the best of the best in patient care. And is the best in Texas!!
Dr Hill has been treating me for a few years now. He is very punctual (which is important to me), and a great conversationalist who actually LISTENS to what you say. He even took extra time to review my med study to know which meds worked best for ME, not just prescribing the latest because that is the standard. His office staff are wonderful and they always treat you like you’re their #1 priority.
Dr Hill was kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and he was fast & efficient. All of the staff at the Digestive Health Center were upbeat, positive and so kind. They made my experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Dr Hill and the Digestive Health Center if NRH
I can’t imagine how a Dr and his staff could make someone feel more comfortable during a colonoscopy experience than what I experienced with Dr Hill and his amazing staff. I would highly recommend him to any family member or friend.
A very friendly staff and very smooth process from front desk, to nurse, to doctor and to billing. I was able to get my procedure done within a couple of weeks and that went very well and again, friendly, knowledgeable staff at the hospital.
