It was a pleasure to work with Eric to shop for a home. Any time we asked about strategy, he had a great answer. This market was competitive, and it was helpful to have guidance for each home we looked at before making an offer. Eric was superb! He responded immediately to any questions I had, he was always on time for appointments and made sure my house was listed in a timely manner. Eric got my house listed and under contract in 6 days! I would highly recommend Eric if you need a realtor!
