I want to express serious concerns regarding the care my mother received from Eric. My mother was never properly informed that she would not be going directly to physical therapy after her procedure. She had been told by multiple nurses in the office that she would go straight to therapy because of her age. It was only after I said goodbye and staff asked what time I would be picking her up that I mentioned she would be going to therapy. The doctors here are so attentive and empathic and just overall the feel is one of caring - way different than OCR drs. My family has seen 3 or 4 drs with banner ortho for different specialties (we’ve had 2 surgeries - shoulder and hip with Dr Gardner) all the best care anyone could ask for. We don’t see anyone else for orthopedic needs.
I originally was with another orthopedic doctor. I had a horrible experience, so I needed a second opinion. I was then referred to Doctor Gardner and his PA Tyler Cardillo. They were both exceptional with me and my entire recovery. I had a double knee surgery. Before my surgery, I was always in pain, and felt like I would never get better. I had three surgeries with Dr. Gardner and two were not needed, per the doctor I got a second opinion from. He tried telling me I needed a total knee replacement at 16 years old. He was very unprofessional and when I went in to get papers for a second opinion we were told it was their third one they were giving out that day.
I have nothing but positive things to say! Dr. Gardner it’s very professional and nice. He did my surgery and it’s healing beautifully! His PA Tyler Cardillo has been very helpful and informative to me along this Recovery process.
