Dr. Fehnel and his team were professional, efficient, and answered all questions pertaining to my procedure. Only two weeks since my surgery so can’t comment on the final results but going extremely well to date..

Great attention and patience
Eric has operated on me twice with excellent results both times. He is personable, patient, and takes the time to explain things clearly and answer all of my questions - I always leave his office feeling educated and heard. I trust him completely.The office staff is not great. The front desk staff is actively rude and the medical assistants not much better. Very congenial and easy to deal with. Really knows his stuff.( I’m a physician with two hip replacements, so I have been through this before and I know when I’m dealing with a really confident professional)
I really like Dr. Fu- he was so great with my son. Very personable and got him laughing which helped put him at ease. I took one star off because it’s impossible to get a human on the phone there and they are always running late. This time I only waited 30 mins at 9:00, but I’ve waited up to 90 minutes in peabody with an afternoon appointment .
