Dr was very attentive, had a good sense of humor and explained everything that could be happening.
Very thorough and explained everything well. Treatment I received is quickly solving the issue.
Both Dr. Fehnel and the NP were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained my situation very clearly..
Got an appointment next day re wrist fracture. On time. Efficient staff. It was my first time meeting Dr. Fu. He was very personable, not in a rush, got me into a better brace than I already had from CVS. I made a follow-up appointment but he said I could cancel if my wrist was feeling fine by then. I hope I won’t need an orthopedic doc whose speciality is “hand & upper extremities” in the future, but if so, he’s my go-to. Sees patients in both Peabody & Newburyport.
He always take care of my medical needs.
Dr Fu was straight forward, clear in his explanation of my issue and was comprehensive without being overwhelming. I appreciate his approachability!
