I love what Iris does with my hair. I’m a customer for life. Well I’ve been there several times and was a customer for life until now. Cut is great, color needed correction but after $240, a $60 tip and a $50 purchase they wanted to charge me to do toner. I asked for whitish blonde highlights to match or closely match my gray coming in. All it probably needed was toner (I’m not a hairdresser so I have no idea how I’ve been given this color in the past) I was told there wouldn’t be a charge for corrections.
