The doctor was very informative but the office staff are HORRIFIC!!! My sister had the same experience and told me once you get past the rude office staff the doctors are wonderful. They are rude and condescending. If they weren't the only pediatric cardiologists in the area I would definitely have gone elsewhere. Customer Service training is seriously needed. If you can go somewhere else I would highly recommend it.

All glowing reviews, except for one: My child has been seeing Dr. since birth. I requested her next visit NOT be during school hours. A special honor my child was seeking would be forfeited. This was a problem that occured with the receptionist. Dr. Fethke has been GREAT.

The appt started off rocky as I was upset about the wait time. The front desk told me the visit would be 1.5 hours and it turned out to be 2.5 hours for my Fetal Echocardiogram. That being said, Dr. Fethke and Barbara are amazing! So much time was spent taking pictures of my baby's heart and brain. They took over 50 pictures, moving pictures of the pulse, blood flow, all that. It was amazing!
