Eric did an EXCELLENT job. A few friends and i were looking for a home for rent, all students, and all very young with not the greatest credit. I really appreciate every time we contacted him, he would always reply with a reasonable time and work around our crazy schedules to make sure we were all their to see homes he set up to view. My cousin and I were SO HAPPY when Eric found us a new place to live. We were also very thankful that he was able to work with us and accomplish his job on the shortest of notice. Eric knows Austin really well. He was very kind and showed us around the city. He was very patient and showed us different options. He never pressured us to go for one of the options so it was a pleasant experience to choose an apartment. Eric, I really want to thank you for taking the time to show us around. We're really happy with our apartment. It would have been much more difficult to go online and looking at different apartments without knowing the neighborhoods.
