Dr. Dein is a great Physician. He always listens to my concerns, answers my questions and follows up quickly to my requests. He demonstrates compassion and patience when dealing with challenging, difficult conversations. I never feel rushed, minimized or humored when talking with him. He considered all my concerns and included me in making all my healthcare choices. He was always clear with his recommendations, but honored my requests when he could. I respect and trust him, and recommend him without hesitation.
Please approach with caution: As my son waited weeks if not longer to see Dr.Dein on Friday at 840 am. By accident he pulled into the staff parking lot and was unable to get out due to needing a badge to open the gate . ( very helpful nurse opened for him to let him out ) he proceeded to his appt where the RECEPTIONIST was condescending , rude and made it very clear his grace period was up by 2 minutes .
