If I ever sell or buy again it will be with Eric! He took time to ensure he truly understood my wants and needs in a home. While looking at homes he was extremely knowledgeable on potential issues that could cost us money. He also reminded me of my wants and needs when I was too excited and forgetting my own checklist. He made a stressful time very smooth. He even went out of his way to call and check in weeks after buying to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Eric was persistent and resourceful while marketing our property during a period of economic uncertainty. He was very helpful when preparing our home for sale with pertinent suggestions and having a roster of reliable & recommended contractors who were likewise very competent and price competitive.
