If I ever sell or buy again it will be with Eric! He took time to ensure he truly understood my wants and needs in a home. While looking at homes he was extremely knowledgeable on potential issues that could cost us money. He also reminded me of my wants and needs when I was too excited and forgetting my own checklist. He made a stressful time very smooth. He even went out of his way to call and check in weeks after buying to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!
