I purchased a pre-sale condo with Eric. He has been great to work with for the whole 2.5 years the project was ongoing. The developer in my project was pretty hard to get straight answers from and I also had some unique requests. Eric helped me get everything I needed and pushed back against the developer's employees when needed. He was always available to me, at any time of the day or late in the evening.
