DR M was awesome, Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he is part of OPTUM which is dealing with the most unprofessional, no patient etiquette. Sent in a referral for the wrong location, a proceeded to tell me I was all set for my scan. A month later I receive a bill. I call to address the issue, no call back, My insurance company calls no answer. No call back, Called for a supervisor, No call back. His assistant that runs his paperwork is horrible.
