Have to say the office staff very helpful. Needed an MRI done that own physician and insurance couldn’t get approval. Once saw Dr Barter was able to get approval from both insurance and the surgery needed immediately for the shoulder. Thank you for the staff and the quick treatment.
Love the receptionist who’s always so friendly and always smiling no matter how busy they are. They are always so busy but yet always takes time whenever I have a question or concern and explains very well. Dr is great and always positive and always fits me in. If it wasn’t for the receptionist, Lourdes, not sure how it would go. I believe the dr and receptionist make a perfect team and makes the business great. Thank you dr barter and Lourdes for being so kind and welcoming. Your the best.

Worst place to even consider going to. Very unorganized that even after I told them I was there for scheduled new patient appointment they had nothing for me. He eventually gave me all the paperwork to fill out and after handing it to him he stated that he wouldn’t be able to see me because he doesn’t work with insurance’s for injuries due to a car accident. I told him I would be paying out of my pocket and that’s when he yelled at me reiterating his statement.
Although Dr. Barter takes care of his patients while they are in his presence, priorities change as soon as you leave the office. Papers get shuffled around, claims are late being sent in or more than likely your claim had not been followed through with and is still sitting in his office. The office is open just 3 days a week and there is a possibility they are not actually open those days either. While they are very kind to you directly, the lack of responsibility here is inconsiderate to his patients.
