Eric was friendly and seemed quite proficient. My only recommendation would be to explain what to expect after the procedure for the next 24 hours.

From the first appointment, I breathed a sigh of relief...Eric and his medical assistant, Aurora, "got me." My situation, a lack of bladder active reception, was difficult to accept. Then came the surgery - a urostomy.
