Eric was a consummate professional. Having high anxiety, he relaxed my fears through casual conversation during my procedure. Eric explained as he moved through the process. Loved his bedside manners and the fact that he was not rude or rushing. I wish all of my doctors were as personable as he was. Delayed appt time, but worth the wait.
I believe that everything went very good
Took time to explain my condition and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Very thorough and professional. My highest recommendation.

From the first appointment, I breathed a sigh of relief...Eric and his medical assistant, Aurora, "got me." My situation, a lack of bladder active reception, was difficult to accept.
