Dr. Engstrom treated me in the ER for lacerations of the scalp. Later that day, I discovered that I also had two broken ribs. I don't know how he found out but he called me at home and advised me to return the the ER the next morning. As it turned out, I did have peumonia in both lungs. Had it not been for his caring, I don't know when I would have received treatment.
This was the first doctor that actually sat down at my bedside to talk to me. I've been to multiple hospitals around town and every person would just ignore me. I'll always remember this doctor as the one who truly cared and took care of me.

Awesome! He was so kind and patient and he even called days later to make sure I was doing ok! I think it’s because he has some Norwegian in him! Ha! Comfortable emergency experience!
