Stunning arrangement An elite florist creating elegant, high quality floral displays. Absolutely the finest in LA. They consistently deliver just the right thing. Great knowledgeable staff who can trouble shoot and always go the extra mile. A cut above.
Rude Staff The staff was rude, cold and not very helpful. Something that I would not expect from such a reputable hotel. Once the flowers were received they were not fresh and very unpresentable. What a major disappointment.
