I had a car claim that took 15 weeks to Complete. They promised that the engine would be guaranteed for life, however 3 months later issues are popping up and they won’t cover it. Their adjusters are working from home and everything is virtual. We are a year into this pandemic and many people have returned to work life. They need to mask up and do what we are paying them for. I am soo frustrated that I need to call every other day and explain what THEY PROMISED. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after the service I received from StateFarm after my accident I feel as though I need to share what I have been going through. This is the worst company I had a storm that affected my roof they made me make two claims for the same storm one for wind one for hail. They made me pay 2 deductibles. Fought with this company for months. This is ridiculous since they were the same storm! State Farm is the most corrupt and immoral insurance company that I have ever dealt with. In our accident the other party (insured by State Farm) merged over into our lane & was listed on the police report for contributing factors: inattentive, careless, negligent, erratic operation. Because their insured stated that another vehicle pulled out in front of him causing him to veer into our lane & hit us they refused to pay for our damages. What a big disappointment! Nice people who have no clue about running a business. Weeks passed with no action on my accident. If I had not gotten involved, the claim would have dragged on and on. I can't believe this is supposed to be a gold-plated company! If I had an enemy, I wouldn't steer him to SF. Bad service, poor communication, little/no knowledge. Recommend? Definitely not!
Horrible Company!!!! After 27 years with the company, I have 3 cars through them and have had my home for 10 years. I had a $3,000 claim the first year, a $12,000 claim 6 years ago and unfortunately I had to file a claim due to storm damage, Not only did they keep putting me off by telling me they cannot inspect the roof due to snow, but the send me a CANCELLATION NOTICE!!!!! They aren’t going to even continue with the claim and I am stuck with water damage and a damaged roof! I guess they are great if you never need them.

Terrible company. Must have called 10 different days trying to speak to a manager. They tell me I can't but will leave a message to call me back. Never any call. Found me 20% negligent in an accident where their insured went through a stop sign and hit the back end of my vehicle. My 86 year old mother was just informed today that as of March 1st, she will be dropped by State Farm for her homeowners insurance. She has had her home insured through them for almost 50 years. They say it is because she has had 4 claims in the last 10 years. I guess the free money the got for the rest of the years didn't compensate. The claims were small and necessary. Liars and thieves. I have been a State Farm customer of some sort for 25 years. They will take your money and spend it all on advertising, but they will never pay a claim. My house was damaged in a hailstorm in August 2029, it's now February 2021 and I still have no resolution to my claim.
