This place is so unprofessional, they over charged me for my glasses and when I tried to explain it to them they just brushed me off, they never called me to rectify the situation instead every time I called they kept lying now almost 3 months later they said I have to wait another weeks for my refund BULLSHIT. I will never deal with these people again and you shouldn't either
He's the best eye doctor ever seen, with genuine, compassion and knowledge of he's trade and profession.He love's what he's doing
This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased. The front was courteous, the examiners were well mannered and informative, and Dr. Brooker was excellent. I am very happy with the overall service. Thank you.
I see this doctor for dry eye disease. Dr. Brooker seems knowledgeable but his staff is terrible to deal with especially if you have a problem with a prescription. No one ever calls you back and the issues are never resolved unless you see him in office. He also runs late for morning appointments which is unacceptable and unprofessional especially when people are coming from out of town and having to get back to work. A+++. I liked my previous doctor, but I couldn't get in to see him so I booked an appt with Dr. Booker and I'm so happy I did!! If you're looking for the latest in equipment this is the place & I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone is so great. There are 2 locations to choose from. One on each side of town and the best part is that if you have a favorite pair of frames they can put your new prescription into those 😃
