Eric Block is one of the HONEST, trustworthy, and friendliest realtors I have ever met. He is competent, very prompt in his actions and he DELIVERS!!!! He is very knowledgeable and has great connections in his field. He takes the time to listen to your real estate needs and ensures that you are provided with the best opportunities available out there. Eric has helped me sublease my apartment. He’s the best in his profession, knows what to do, provides very good suggestions on planning the goal and makes you feel very comfortable in the overall process. Eric was available to me all the time via text, phone, email, social media.. all possible ways of communication right from start to the end. I would definitely reach out to Eric for my next real estate need and will refer others if need one.

Eric helped me find an apartment, I found him by searching for a real estate agent in Northbrook and he popped up. He found me a great deal, and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process all the way through when I signed my lease.
