Eric helped us find the perfect residence in Walnut Creek. Through every step of the process, Eric was so professional and helpful! Every question we asked was answered within a couple hours. From the moment we started an offer, and through the negotiation, escrow, due diligence and home warranty inspections, Eric went above and beyond.
Eric was nothing short of fantastic in guiding us through our recent condo purchase in Clayton, CA. His experience and expertise was apparent from the very outset and continued through the entire process. We had a fairly fast 30 day close, but he coordinated all inspections in a such a timely fashion that we had plenty of time to thoroughly review all reports and never felt rushed through any decision. He had a "spot on" accurate feel for the market. I would give Eric six stars if I could. Excellent representation.
