Very pleased with visit and his knowledge.
Dr. Bates was welcoming and listened to all of my concerns. After my surgery he gave me his cell phone number in case of an emergency which I appreciate it. I ended up having to call him on the weekend and he was gracious enough to take my call. I recommend him!
