I wish I could give 10 stars. After a few months of searching for a Psychiatrist that my 16 year old daughter would be comfortable with, we found Dr. Robbins. He listens to his patients and asks questions and is responsive. I was very satisfied having him as my daughters doctor. We’ve been through so many doctors and it’s been so hard to find one that my daughter would be comfortable with. Run!! Super unorganized and unprofessional office. Made an appointment in August for beginning of October. One week before my appointment; received a call that there was an emergency; moved appt to November. Received a call a couple days ago stating that the doctor is no longer seeing new patients; id have to see someone else in the practice. Hes a good doctor . Only issue I've had till this month. Is every other month for the 2 years I've seen him. I wouldn't get my refills of my anxiety meds I needed called in. But he finally fixed this
Dr. Robbins is very professional and educated. I had a wonderful experience with him. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Robbins is competent and knowledgeable. He lacks empathy and communication skills between appointments. He had originally prescribed a medication for me a year ago for PTSD while I was inpatient. My then outpatient doctor continued to prescribe the medication. I later switched to Dr. Robbins for outpatient appointments due to insurance reasons. Without providing a clinical reason, he would not prescribe it to me again. He would not discuss it with me between appointments and I had run out of medication. I asked his medic... read more
