Dr.Eisen provided excellent care and his office was very helpful. He answered my questions and is very knowledgeable.
Dr. Eric Eisen performed my thyroidectomy. He was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The surgery went smoothly, recovery was quick. His receptionist and medical assistant, Maria, were also amazing — friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. The whole experience was seamless.
I have had a chronic cough for years. When I first saw Dr. Eisen he took me seriously, was kind, efficient and addressed the problem with a team that he created. In a short period of time I have made huge strides and am very hopeful for a complete resolution in the near future. I am very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Eisen and definitely reccomend him.
I've visited them multiple times. The last time I visited, I was charged twice for the co-pay. Have had multiple discussions with Billing and Finance department and they tell me there was a bug in their systems but they can't do anything until the additional charge is put up for refund and they won't tell me who is responsible for issuing the refund. It's been almost 2 months since my visit. Feels like they are trying to hide it under the rug just so nobody asks for their money back. Pathetic.
