Knowledgeable, yes. But felt pretty cold and like he just didn’t want to have anything to do with me. I get I didn’t need surgery at this time but he could be a bit friendlier. Not sure if he was tired or if he’s just normally like that though. This was also my first time getting to meet an orthopedic, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but we went through my MRI and I can say I’d trust him.
Dr. Branch is a down to earth Dr. that takes his time to listen to you. He goes over all treatment options and is not just interested in pushing surgical outcomes. He is caring and compassionate.
Excellent care with outstanding results. All employees are courteous and professional. Dr Branch is a superb orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend TOC.
I appreciate DR Branch discussing my options and giving me complete answers to my questions. I also appreciate that he didn’t seem to be rushed in our visit and took personal interest in my past as part of determining a path forward for me and my treatment options.
