Poor customers service. No coffee machine, nor even drinking water in the room.
Nice hotel - clean , good staffs , restaurants.

Guest Service is really bad and slow, Waiters get angry if guests ask them something at restaurants, besides it takes really Long time for waiters take your order. I highly dont recommend this hotel.
