DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Most inefficient and dishonest staff. They stole our suitcase with valuables which was checked-in in their secured storage with receipt. They never return calls or email properly and the GM makes promises he cannot keep. We were a large group with Trafalgar and many in the group lost wallets, purses and money.
