I am in complete agreement with a lot of the reviews here. This company is the worst I ever had to deal with over the last ten years. Always late on payments, always a reason to cover themselves but never a change. I event had to involve my lawyer in order to get my money back, after they argued my accounting! They finally had to pay, but it cost me in lawyers fee. I would STRONGLY advise to NOT work with them. I am currently looking for another company and cannot wait to switch.

Their crew are the best! They give it to you straight and are completely competent in their ability to solve problems. Our property needed serious renovations, and they took care of the arrangements. From budget to hiring workers, they got the job done right. I could keep going but I'll just say this is a great company who knows how to do right by you, your tenants, and your property.
I had to hire eRealty after my last company dropped the ball too many times and it was a great move. Since then they have taken care of all the problems that had been plaguing us before and now I have good tenants and a well maintained property. Can t ask for much more than that!
I was a tenant of a home this company managed for two years (2011-2013). Nichole Goforth, the owner, and whom I beleive is now the sole person running this business has very poor business practices. She has very slow response times when it comes to making repairs on the home and I have caught her in mulitple lies when asking her to follow through with maintenance requests.
