From the start I was impressed with Matt and his Dad after our first meeting, and when the insurance adjuster concurred and approved the work, ERC took over. We had to wait a bit for the best weather and Matt said it was time and he and his crew were ready to go to work. His crew showed up on time, full of smiles, and went right to it. My house was damaged from a tornado a couple of months ago. ERC was on the scene within a few hours. Very professional group! They handled every minute detail, came to my home and worked around my schedule even when it came to picking shingles type and brick colors.
