Erc roofing put my roof on in 2017. Now there is a problem with it and the owner, Brian refuses to even have someone come and check it. He talked.to me like a was a.complete idiot. Cursing and hanging up the phone. Absolutely no customer service. He told me " i just wanted free repair". I would not recommend.or use them again under any circumstances.
This is our “new” roof. We were promised a complete roof repair after shingles mismatched and problems just got worse. Now, no one at the company has made any contact with us since Friday. Our roof doesn’t pass inspection at all and several companies have inspected the damage done by this job stating it’s negligent work, shoddy, and we already have leaks in areas. These are the same people who promised to give us the best roof. A 2 day roof took 2 weeks, and not because of weather. We trusted them and this was what we got.
