You could have dinner at the finest restaurant in Monforte d'Alba and not have a better meal. Consistently outstanding, Uncompromisingly real. Love!!
I dined at Erbaluce with a friend on Friday and had a great meal......dandelion salad, risotto stuffed peppers, pasta with black truffles, Blackfish and Boar....followed by great desserts. The flavor profiles are unlike any that I have experienced before and I plan to return for more. Grazie!

Our daughter works at Siena Farm, and wanted to take us to a restaurant that the farm supplies. She took us to Erbaluce, and I have to say that I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience--ANYWHERE--ever! I have multiple food allergies, so eating in a restaurant can be a nightmare. Not only did our server and the chef make me feel safe, they made me feel CELEBRATED!
