Duck egg carbonara FTW!
What a fantastic meal. Our server, Kevin, was fantastic. Always there to meet our needs without hovering or needing to be called over. A true skill. I had the pork cheeks, which were fall-apart tender and flavorful. The gooseberry croustade was the perfect finale to a perfect meal. The tartness of the gooseberries melded perfectly with the sweetness of the crust. I highly recommend an evening at Erbaluce. You won’t be disappointed.
My first time at the restaurant and it was a great experience. The waiters are very knowledgeable about the food and it’s history and the pasta dish we had was out of this world! Duck egg yolk and pecorino in the pasta - Simple and simply delicious.
Elegant, deceptively simple, unbelievably flavorful. A wonderful special occasion spot!
